Who is eligible to apply?
Any nonprofit organization serving the Greater Philadelphia Five County Region (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and/or Philadelphia) regardless of size or issue area.
What kinds of projects are eligible for a grant?
These grants are designed to support individual nonprofits as they navigate restructuring, dissolution, and wind-down processes. NRF offers funding to help stabilize operations while organizations assess long-term sustainability options, secure consulting expertise to evaluate restructuring scenarios, and manage the one-time expenses necessary for an orderly wind-down or dissolution.
Does NRF provide support for Technical Assistance (TA) identification?
Yes. NRF maintains a roster of experienced TA providers who support nonprofits through restructuring and transition processes and can offer referrals tailored to an organization’s needs. Grantees are not required to use these providers in order to receive an award.
