Restructuring and Transition Grants

The Nonprofit Repositioning Fund’s Restructuring and Transition grants are designed to support individual nonprofits as they navigate restructuring, dissolution, and wind-down processes in response to significant disruptions in their funding or operations. NRF offers funding to help stabilize operations while organizations assess long-term sustainability options, secure consulting expertise to evaluate restructuring scenarios, and manage the one-time expenses necessary for an orderly wind-down or dissolution.

Please note: the Repositioning Fund cannot consider situations associated with organizational leadership transitions or other transitions that are not structural in nature.

If you have not yet spoken with the Fund, please contact Lindsay Kijewski, Fund Director, at lkijewski@seachangecap.org or submit the interest form here before completing the application.

The Fund accepts applications on a rolling basis.
